I am sitting on the couch with both of my parents and I have just failed. Much to my dismay, neither one of them would do a guest blog entry even after I made fun of both of them, egged them on and called them chickens. Maybe it was in the approach? Hmm, food for thought. Well, after the battle, my Father finally said he did have some words of wisdom to share with the internet. He heard this somewhere recently:

“Before enlightenment, you have to chop wood and carry water. After enlightenment, you have to chop wood and carry water.”

Today was moving day. We are living on the third floor. Need I say more?

Tomorrow I see Jack the Wonder Cat for the first time in 10 weeks. I might explode with love for him. It is so weird to have a friend who you cannot speak to, see or have any communcation with if you are not in the same space. Will he still love me? Will he think I have changed? Will he like the new clothes I bought? I am soooo nervous.
